Two GFD firefighters along with one Frederick-Firestone Fire firefighter deployed on a Brush Truck to the Sacramento, California region this morning. The crew will be propositioning to respond to fires in the region due to on going and expected weather conditions. GFD along with our regional partners participate in a cooperative resource agreements to share firefighting resources across the country. The GFD jurisdiction remains protected with an additional Brush Truck and Two Tactical Water Tenders ready to respond to any vegetation fires in our area.
